Kelly Michaelson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions architecture and business operations, currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at CLD Partners since October 2018, specializing in PSA/ERP FinancialForce solutions on the Salesforce platform. Prior to this, Kelly worked at Teradata as a Global PS Business Operations Consultant, where responsibilities included overseeing processes and tools for a large Professional Services group and leading a FinancialForce PSA implementation.
