Ricardo Howell Polo has a diverse work experience in various industries. From 2011 to 2012, they worked at Diebold Nixdorf as a Sales and Marketing Analyst, where they conducted research in the Latin American security industry. Ricardo then joined British American Tobacco from 2012 to 2014, starting as a Trade Marketing Developer and progressing to become a Trade Marketing Representative. From 2015 to 2017, Ricardo worked at Geometry Colombia as an Account Director/Strategic Planner, handling campaigns for various clients. Ricardo then moved to Kia Colombia as a CRM and Social Media Marketing Chief from 2017 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Samsung Electronics as a Channel Marketing Manager, responsible for brand communication and sales. Ricardo then took on the role of Retail Manager at Xiaomi Technology from 2021 to 2022, where they led a large team and achieved top market share. In 2022, they joined ASSA ABLOY Group as an E-commerce Manager, overseeing the migration to Shopify and meeting sales targets. Most recently, Ricardo joined CLCircular in 2024 as the Chief Marketing Officer.

Ricardo Howell Polo completed their education at Politénico Grancolombiano from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising. In 2017, they pursued a postgraduate degree in Project Management at Universidad El Bosque.
