Sal Hernandez MBA, SDVOSB, DVBE is a seasoned business consultant and founder of GroXmart Solutions, specializing in empowering small business owners through customized strategic coaching. With a background in operations, sales, and leadership, Sal founded Pacific Breeze Building Solutions and transformed it into a successful design and build company. Additionally, Sal serves as the Director of Membership for the California Landscape Contractors Association, focusing on member recruitment and retention. Previous experience includes roles at Teksomak Türkiye and Raymond Handling Solutions, as well as a significant tenure in the US Navy, where operational and logistical excellence was demonstrated in counter-IED missions and maritime security operations. Sal holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, alongside an Associate's in Electromechanical Engineering.
