Brooke Hitner is an experienced Operations Manager currently leading a team at the Commercial Loan Broker Institute since February 2022, focusing on coaching, marketing, and business support for clients, as well as driving new product initiatives. Previously, at the James Jenkins Group, Brooke developed and improved operational procedures and enhanced management reporting. Earlier roles include a Community Associate at Regus, an Assistant Preschool Teacher at Issaquah Montessori School, and Head of Department at Nike, where skills in client interaction, administrative tasks, and team training were refined. Brooke holds an Associate's degree in Business/Commerce from Bellevue College, completed between 2015 and 2017.
