Martin Davies is an accomplished Continuous Improvement Technician at Clays since July 2015, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of the book manufacturing process. Prior to this role, Martin served as an Operations Continuous Improvement Specialist at Marshall Aerospace and Defence Group from December 2011 to June 2015, where responsibilities included ensuring operational effectiveness and facilitating problem-solving within the operations area. Additionally, Martin held the position of Production Planning & Control Manager, overseeing a team of Production Planners and Document Controllers to manage certifiable aircraft modification and maintenance paperwork. Martin Davies holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Lean Operations Management from Cardiff University, earned between 2011 and 2013.
