Katie Lane is the Chief Talent Officer at Clayco since May 2023. Prior to this role, Katie served as COO and Master Trainer as well as Vice President of Delivery and Master Trainer at Dale Carnegie Training of St. Louis from December 2016 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Client Account Manager and Marketing Assistant at PracticeMatch from August 2013 to November 2016, and Meeting and Event Coordinator at PracticeLink.com from October 2010 to May 2013. Earlier in Katie's career, positions included Business Development Consultant & Trainer at Dale Carnegie St. Louis and Customer Service Manager at Bizmanualz. Katie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts & Communications in Mass Communications from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and attended Rollins College and Clayton High School.
