Aundre Carter is an experienced leader in law enforcement and detention management, currently serving as Team Leader of the Detention Emergency Response Team at the Clay County Sheriff's Office since January 2016. With a strong background in crisis management, Aundre has successfully coordinated responses to critical incidents and maintained a safe environment as Operations Sergeant and Detention Deputy. Previous roles include School Resource Deputy, where Aundre fostered positive relationships within educational settings, and Reserve Police Officer at the Odessa Missouri Police Department. Aundre's academic achievements include pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Northwest Missouri State University and obtaining certificates in Leadership Principles and Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online, along with an Associate degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Metropolitan Community College-Maple Woods.
