Saiba Singh has a diverse work experience. They currently work as a Marketing Program Specialist - Product & Partnerships at Classy.org since June 2022. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder and Product Marketing and Ops Manager at Teamanics, Inc. from March 2020 to May 2022. In their role at Teamanics, they conducted market research, created content, performed A/B testing, and initiated user adoption initiatives.

Saiba also worked at Metabyte, where they held multiple roles. They worked as a Product Marketing Manager from December 2018 to March 2020, as a Marketing Research Analyst from September 2017 to December 2018, and as a Technical Recruiter from September 2016 to September 2017.

Saiba's earlier work experience includes roles at the Office of the Student Advocate at UCSB. They served as the Chief of Staff from May 2014 to May 2015, where they coordinated office functions and provided advocacy services to students. Prior to that, they worked as a Caseworker from May 2013 to May 2014, offering confidential advocacy and mediation services to students. They collaborated with the Student Advocate General to implement new services based on case trends.

Saiba Singh pursued a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Global Studies from UC Santa Barbara from 2012 to 2016. Later, they attended the University of California, Davis and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Technology Management & Organizational Behavior from 2017 to 2020.
