Andy Szaniawski has an extensive work experience in various roles related to project management, agile practices, and customer service.

Andy is currently working as a Senior Release Train Engineer at Classy.org, starting in January 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at FIS as a Development Manager from August 2020 to January 2022.

Andy also has experience as a Scrum Master at Limelight Health from March 2020 to May 2020, and at BriteCore from May 2019 to March 2020.

Before that, they worked at Northwestern Mutual from September 2016 to May 2019, where they held the role of Scrum Master/Sr. Technical Product Manager. In this role, they worked with various teams and provided coaching, consultation, and training on agile practices.

Andy also worked at FIS as a Scrum Master/Senior Technical Project Manager from February 2016 to September 2016, and as a Scrum Master from October 2015 to February 2016.

Andy has experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach at Corvisa, a ShoreTel company, from March 2012 to October 2015, where they initiated and worked on an Agile transformation and acted as a Scrum Master and Coach for multiple teams.

In addition, Andy worked as the Director of Customer Service at Telkonet Inc. from March 2011 to March 2012, and in various roles at EthoStream from August 2006 to June 2011, including Director of Field Services/Technical Customer Support, Field Services Manager, and Support Supervisor.

Andy Szaniawski completed their education at Milwaukee Area Technical College, where they earned a degree in IT Network Specialist. Andy then pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2001 to 2004, majoring in Computer Science. Additionally, they obtained three certifications from Scaled Agile, Inc.: SAFe Advanced Scrum Master in June 2017, Certified SAFe 4.0 Scrum Master (SSM) in December 2016, and Certified SAFe Practitioner (SP) in September 2016.
