Dave Pawlak has a extensive work experience across multiple companies. Dave started their career at PHMSC in 1992 as an Analyst, where they worked until 1995. Dave then moved on to Sorrento Networks, where they served as a Business Analyst from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, they joined Modetek Inc. as a Business Development professional and stayed there until 2002. From 2002 onwards, they began working at ClassOne Equipment, Inc. as the Vice President. In 2013, they transitioned to ClassOne Technology as a Purchasing professional.

Dave Pawlak attended Western Michigan University from 1990 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
