Michael Blumfield has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael began their career at Islands Restaurants in 2000, where they held various positions for nine years. In 2009, they joined Heineken USA as an On Premise Manager and gradually advanced to become an Urban Market Manager, Market Manager, and finally a Metro Market Manager. In 2015, they joined Classic Beverage of Southern California as a Director of Sales and later progressed through roles such as Vice President of Sales, Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing, and Executive Vice President. As of 2023, they hold the position of President at Classic Beverage of Southern California.

Michael Blumfield earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the California State University-Long Beach - College of Business, where they studied from 2005 to 2008.
