Louise Watson has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Louise currently holds the position of Head of HR and People Development at ClassForKids, a role they assumed in May 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the People and Culture Manager at ClassForKids from January 2020 to May 2021.

Before joining ClassForKids, Louise was the HR Manager at Scot JCB Ltd from July 2017 to January 2020. Louise also served as the HR Manager at ETKO Sports Academy from January 2015 to July 2017.

Further back in their career, Louise worked as the Senior Human Resources Manager at Johnston Carmichael Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers from July 2009 to January 2014. Louise also worked as a Human Resources Specialist at RBS International from October 2008 to July 2009.

Louise's career started at Empire HR Limited, where they served as an Employment Law Advisor from September 2005 to October 2008.

Throughout their career, Louise has gained extensive experience in various HR roles, showcasing their expertise in people management and development, culture building, and employment law.

Louise Watson completed their education with a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Aberdeen, which they pursued from 1999 to 2003. Later, they attended Robert Gordon University from 2004 to 2005, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management.
