The role
As the Head of Sales for myprosperity, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals who are responsible for selling and delivering the product to prospective customers.

You will work closely with the product, marketing, operations, and customer success teams to develop and execute the take to market strategy for myprosperity's product offering. This will include refining the value proposition, sales process, and program delivery for each professional segment, as well as identify new opportunities for growth and expansion in the B2B market.

You will be a strong advocate in market for myprosperity, actively presenting myprosperity in market and building and maintain strong relationships with key partners and senior stakeholders in the financial services industry.
This is a full time permanent position located in Melbourne or Sydney.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies: create and implement sales strategies using tactical activity to promote myprosperity to financial professionals
- Build connections and provide guidance, coaching, and support to motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understand their pain points, conduct myprosperity partner portal and pro account demonstrations, and offer solutions that solve problems and drive partner engagement and retention
- Monitor sales activity, targets and churn, and provide regular reporting. Seek partner feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective campaigns, sales materials, and lead generation strategies. Work with product and other internal teams to share partner insights, feedback, and suggestions for enhancements or new features
- Develop and manage the sales budget, set revenue targets, and ensure sales goals are met or exceeded. Provide input to sales forecasting and implement pipeline management techniques to drive performance
- Contribute positively to the team culture within the sales, and more broadly across myprosperity
What you'll need:
- Bachelor's degree in financial planning, business, finance, or another related field
- Must have an existing network within financial services, multi-disciplinary including accounting and professional services is preferred
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the financial planning software, or technology sectors
- Proven ability to build and manage a multi-disciplinary pipeline and track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Must have a strong understanding of financial planning principles, ability to understand/determine client needs, and industry-specific challenges
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others across myprosperity
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders at all levels
- Familiarity with CRM software, sales automation tools, and other sales enablement technologies is preferred
- Proven ability to present and demonstrate products to potential clients, stakeholder groups and act as a strong brand advocate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills: results-oriented with a passion for sales
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend industry events, and visit HUB24 Group offices and partner organisations.
