Caren Block is an experienced human resources executive with a robust background in leading people and culture initiatives across various biotechnology and healthcare organizations. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Clasp Therapeutics since February 2024, Caren previously held senior positions at Casma Therapeutics, where roles included Senior Vice President and Vice President of People + Culture, and at GNS Healthcare as Senior Vice President of People & Culture. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Neon Therapeutics, Daktari Diagnostics, and The RMR Group, where strategic oversight of human resources functions was provided. Caren holds a Master's degree in Business & Organizational Communication from Emerson College and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Kean University.
