Harsh Rana is an experienced data engineering and analytics manager currently employed at Clasp since February 2022, where leadership includes mentoring junior engineers and architecting critical business initiatives. Previously, Harsh held roles as a senior software engineer and fullstack software engineer II at Clasp, contributing to the development of a multi-tenant application and collaborating across various teams using a diverse tech stack. Prior experience includes work as a software engineer at ButcherBox, where efforts focused on internal tools and data quality platforms, and as a data engineer at Bank of America, where Harsh built ETL pipelines and designed robust backend infrastructures. Additional experience includes a position as a fullstack software engineer at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, notably redesigning the Global Projects Map, and a systems R&D engineering internship at IPG Photonics.
