Agnieszka McCoy, PHR, MMgt, currently serves as the Sr. Manager of Human Resources and Sr. Manager of Total Rewards at Clarus, a position held since June 2018, where previous roles included Manager of Total Rewards and HR Generalist. Prior to joining Clarus, Agnieszka co-owned Mini-Fab from February 2013 to January 2020 and worked as a Payroll/HR Specialist at Big Time Design Co. from January 2005 to January 2013. Agnieszka holds a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Katowicach.
