Nadav Kolesnicov's work experience includes serving as a Product Support Team Lead at Claroty from January 2024 to present, and as a Product Support Engineer at Claroty from February 2022 to January 2024. Prior to that, they worked as a technical support engineer tier 2 at Check Point Software Technologies, Ltd. from October 2020 to February 2022. Prior to that, they served as a physical Security Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd from November 2015 to September 2020. Nadav also has experience as a Staff Sergeant in the Border Patrol division of the Israel Defense Forces from August 2012 to August 2015.

Nadav Kolesnicov obtained their Practical Engineer's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Ariel University between 2018 and 2020.
