Josh Ward has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Josh began their career as a Student Pastor at LifePoint Church Clarksville in 2012 and held this role until 2014. Josh then transitioned to Austin Peay State University, where they worked as an Admissions Recruiter from 2015 to 2017. Following this, they joined Millan Enterprises, LLC. as a Commercial Agent and worked there for four years until 2021. Currently, Josh is employed at the Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council, initially serving as the Director of Economic Development from October 2021 and assuming the role of VP of Industrial Development from July 2023.

Josh Ward attended Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) from 2005 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication, General.
