David "Buck" Dellinger serves as the President and CEO of the Clarksville-Montgomery County Economic Development Council since June 2021. Previously, Dellinger held the position of Chief Development Officer at the Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency from March 2019 to June 2021, overseeing development programs for multi-family housing and large civil projects. Dellinger also served as Chief Operations Officer at the same agency, focusing on housing and development programs in Nashville. A distinguished military career includes roles as Chief of Staff for the 101st Airborne Division and Executive Manager for the City of Fort Campbell, where significant achievements included managing a $300 million budget. Dellinger's extensive experience in both military and civilian sectors is supported by degrees in International Relations from the United States Military Academy at West Point and Rutgers University, along with technical certificates in construction management from Auburn University.
