Arnold Valencia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client development and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Client Development at Clark Staff since October 2019 and holding the position of CEO and Founding Partner at Next Phase Remote since October 2018, Arnold specializes in remote staff consulting, recruiting, and management. Previously, Arnold was the CEO and Founding Partner at Core Development Services for 14 years, and held positions as Site Acquisitions Manager at MMI TITAN Inc., Geographic Team Leader and Project Manager at Tetra Tech, Leasing Manager at The Abbey Company, and Broker at Sperry Van Ness. Arnold holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Real Estate from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and is a graduate of Baldwin Park High School.
