Justin Littlefield has established ClarkeHopkinsClarke as one of the leading providers of architectural services within Victoria’s health industry.
Over the past 25 years he has accumulated a broad knowledge base spanning the education, commercial mixed-use and multi-residential sectors, however, it is health design which has been his driving passion for close to two decades. Justin is inspired by the masters of the industry to consider the full gamut of the human condition and how this can be positively affected through the built environment. His concern also extends to the well-being and empowerment of each vocational user, seeing spaces as platforms that can enable excellence and progression.
Justin has built a reputation for not only his people-centered approach but for his business acumen. He understands that a successful outcome hinges on the delivery of innovative solutions that service continuation and expansion, maximise budgets and achieve challenging timelines.
Working with some of Australia’s leading hospital and health care providers, Justin, as Project Director has been instrumental in the planning, design and delivery of numerous health projects including masterplanned medical precincts, new hospital buildings, specialist facilities, renovations and associated environments.
His most defining trait is his ability to genuinely listen. Justin invests time into truly understanding each client and their unique needs thoroughly. He is responsive, analytical and solution oriented. He questions everything and never makes assumptions. Further to this, he makes little distinction between the CEO and the cleaner, knowing from experience that everyone involved in the smooth and successful running of a facility plays a very distinct and important role.
Justin has been a Partner at ClarkeHopkinsClarke for over 18 years. He is highly respected across the practice for his ability to unlock the natural talents and potential of every team member. Beyond his professional work, Justin plays an active role within the local community. He is the assistant coach of several local football and basketball teams. He serves on the board of Eltham College as well as various sub-committees, and until recently, also held the position of President of the ex-students association.
