Pilar Diarte Perez is a European patent attorney at ClarkeModet since February 2023, previously serving as the director of the patent department at Arochi & Lindner from April 2022 to February 2023. Pilar has extensive experience in patent analysis, drafting, and technical reporting, with expertise in biotechnology, pharmacy, cosmetics, and the food and agriculture sectors during tenure at Ungria Patentes y Marcas, S.A. from November 2015 to April 2022. Additionally, Pilar has been involved with AIPPI since April 2022 and serves as a guest professor at Magister Lvcentinvs since October 2017. Pilar's educational background includes a CEIPI-EPI Basic European Patent Law Training Course and a biology degree with a specialization in biotechnology from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
