Megan Hardy has a diverse work experience in the education field. Their most recent position was as a Special Education Teacher at Clarke County School District, where they started in July 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Language Arts Teacher at Clayton County Public Schools starting in July 2017. Before that, they were a Science Teacher at Rex Mill Middle School starting in May 2017. Megan also has experience as a Student Teacher at Clifton Ridge Middle School in 2016, Blandy Hills Elementary School from January to April 2016, Gray Station Middle School from October to December 2015, and Gray Elementary from August to October 2015.

Megan Hardy completed their high school education at Union Grove High School from 2008 to 2012. Megan then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching at Georgia College & State University from 2012 to 2017. Following this, they obtained a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from the same university between 2019 and 2020. Currently, Megan is enrolled at The University of Georgia, where they are working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Education Theory & Practice, starting from 2022.
