Sam Brunger is an experienced professional in the building control and surveying sector, currently serving as the Interim Director of Building Control and Group Commercial Director at Clarke Banks Group since January 2022. Prior to this role, Sam led the Major Projects Surveying Department at MD Insurance Services Limited from January 2008 to January 2022, focusing on high-value and high-rise warranty schemes. Earlier experience includes positions as a Building Control Surveyor at Maidstone Borough Council from March 2004 to February 2008 and as an Architectural Technician at Prime Building Consultants Limited from August 2002 to February 2004. Sam holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from the University of Greenwich and completed education at Oakwood Park Grammar School.
