Arun Basra (MRICS) is an accomplished Major Projects Building Control Manager with extensive experience in providing Approved Inspector services across London since August 2019 at Clarke Banks Group. Arun has held various roles, including Team Leader (London) and Senior Building Control Surveyor, gaining valuable skills in handling diverse developments. Prior to this, Arun worked at MLM Group from July 2013 to August 2019 as a Building Control Surveyor, focusing on compliance and value engineering for complex projects. Arun's earlier experience includes logistics supervision during the London Olympics 2012, a trainee building surveyor role, and customer relations/project management in construction. Arun holds a Bachelor's Degree with Honours in Building Surveying from Kingston University and a BTech in Construction from Havering College.
