Laura later became the Manager of Compensation & HRIS Systems, overseeing compensation for over 1000 employees and supporting two manufacturing plants.

In 2014, Laura joined Fifth Third Bank as a Senior Compensation Analyst. Laura'sresponsibilities included designing and implementing compensation programs, aligning them with business strategy, and leading cross-functional risk assessment teams.

Laura returned to ClarkDietrich Building Systems in 2016 as the Talent Development Manager. In this role, they managed succession planning, led training and development efforts, and oversaw recruitment company-wide. Laura was later promoted to HR and Talent Development Director in 2019.

Laura Willis obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Xavier University from 2001 to 2005. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the same university, which they completed from 2005 to 2007.
