Dr. Marco Adelt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in innovation management, consulting, and executive advisory roles. Since 2015, Dr. Adelt has served as a shareholder and executive advisor at CLARK, while also taking on the role of lecturer for innovation management at Universität Witten/Herdecke in 2023. In 2021, Dr. Adelt became managing director of AD-Venture GmbH, focusing on startup investments and executive advisory. Dr. Adelt's prior experience includes positions as a consultant and project manager at Horváth & Partners and as a consultant at Capgemini Consulting.
