Dan Fauth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property acquisition and right of way services, currently serving as a Senior Right of Way Agent at Clark Land Resources, Inc. since July 2019. Prior to this role, Dan held leadership positions as Southern Colorado Area Manager and Division President at Stewart Title from October 2015 to July 2019. Dan's career also includes significant tenure at Chicago Title Insurance Company, where a role as President and County Manager was held from October 2000 to September 2015. Dan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with Minors in Economics and Music from Bethel University, after completing high school at Grossmont High School.
