Erica Zheng is a Patent Agent at Clark+Elbing LLP, with a robust background in biochemistry and chemical biology. Erica co-directed Wellesley Biochemistry Research Week, transforming the program into a remote format during the COVID-19 pandemic, and served as a Visiting Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry at Wellesley College. Previously, Erica was a Graduate Research Student at Harvard University, focusing on antibiotic efficacy under the guidance of Dr. James Collins. In addition to mentoring and teaching roles, Erica contributed as a peer reviewer for the Journal of Emerging Investigators and held teaching fellowships at Harvard. Erica holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Biology from Harvard University and has dual bachelor's degrees in Biochemistry and Flute Performance from Oberlin College, with current studies at Northeastern University School of Law as a J.D. candidate.
