April Ramos has extensive experience in customer experience roles, currently serving as a Customer Experience Advocate III at Everi Holdings Inc. since September 2018, after progressing through two prior Advocate positions there. April also contributes to Clark County Credit Union as an RSR since July 2015. Academically, April holds a Master's degree in Substance Abuse/Addiction Counseling from Grand Canyon University (2016-2019) and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix (2006-2010).
