Jelena Dobanovački is an experienced leader and project manager specializing in agile methodologies and delivery management. Currently serving as Lead Delivery Manager at Clarivate, Jelena coordinates Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban processes while managing key projects for EndNote, RefWorks, and ScholarOne. Previous roles include Agile Project Manager/Scrum Master at Callsign, where coaching and facilitating team events were central responsibilities, and Project Manager at GDC, overseeing various technical projects and mentoring initiatives. With a solid background in PLM project management and software development, combined with extensive experience in logistics and system administration at NIS AD Novi Sad, Jelena holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Univerzitet u Novom Sadu.
