Dana Brown has extensive experience in client support and business analysis, having worked at Clarity Software Solutions, Inc. since December 2012, where roles included Business Analyst Team Lead, Business Analyst, and Client Experience Manager. In this position, Dana served as a subject matter expert for the Clarity web-based application, focusing on problem resolution and client satisfaction. Dana began a career as an Account Manager at Printing for Systems, managing high-profile clients, and also held positions as Assistant Store Manager at Ames Department Store and Store Manager at J.Crew.
