Justin O. Quizon has a diverse work history with experience in customer service, technology tools, project management, and support roles.
Justin O. began their career as a START DeskSide Support Intern at Edmonds Community College in 2012, where they provided technical assistance. Justin O. then worked as a START Technical Assistant III and START Knowledge Base Coordinator before becoming a START Projects Coordinator, overseeing and managing START projects.
In 2014, Justin joined Ravenna Solutions as a Technical Support Specialist, working directly with schools, parents, and the implementation team to ensure a smooth transition to the online admission system. Justin O. later became a Customer Success Representative and then a Senior Customer Success Representative before being promoted to the role of Customer Success Manager. After two years, Justin moved to Community Brands in 2019, initially working as an Integrations Lead & Implementations and Support Consultant. In this role, they created and maintained documentation and training for Ravenna integrations and collaborated with product management to incorporate customer feedback. In October 2020, they transitioned to the role of Customer Service and Implementation Manager and continued in this position until August 2022.

Justin O. Quizon completed their education in a chronological order. In 2005, they attended Providence High School. Subsequently, from 2006 to 2009, they studied at Henry M Jackson High School and obtained their High School Diploma. Continuing their education, Justin attended Edmonds College from 2009 to 2011, where they completed an Associate of Technical Arts degree with a focus on Computer Information Systems. Finally, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Central Washington University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Information Technology and Administrative Management.
