Jennifer Bash has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Jennifer most recently worked at Clarity as a Client Success Manager starting in 2023. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2023, they served as the Director of Admissions at St. Mary's Academy, where they were responsible for meeting enrollment goals and supervising a team. From 2009 to 2019, Jennifer worked at Oregon Episcopal School as the Associate Director of Enrollment Management, overseeing admissions, financial aid, marketing, and enrollment. Jennifer also managed a team and handled budgeting and reporting. In 2003, they worked as a Corporate Recruiter at EnduraCare, recruiting therapists for healthcare facilities. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2003, they were a Corporate Recruiter at ArgosyHealth, responsible for recruiting therapists nationally. Jennifer's earlier experience includes working as a Regional Manager at Horizon, A Community Rehab Center, where they managed and marketed outpatient rehabilitation clinics in Maryland.

Jennifer Bash attended Whittier College from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry.
