Charity Dunn has a diverse work experience in the fields of healthcare, data analysis, and public health. Charity currently holds the position of Engagement Manager at Claritas Rx since April 2022, where they are responsible for managing customer engagements. Prior to this role, Charity worked as a Customer Success Manager at the same company from October 2021 to April 2022. Before joining Claritas Rx, Charity served as a Senior Solutions Analyst at the company from November 2020 to October 2021.

Before transitioning into the healthcare industry, Charity worked as a Healthcare Data Analyst at WebMD Health Services from January 2018 to November 2020. In this role, they conducted ad-hoc analyses to provide actionable insights. Charity combined claims and engagement data to evaluate telehealth program performance and developed dynamic SQL stored procedures to reproduce aggregate data. Charity played a key role in automating reporting processes and analyzing medical and prescription claims.

Prior to working at WebMD Health Services, Charity gained experience in public health through their role as a Surveillance Officer for the Georgia Emerging Infections Program. During their time there from January 2017 to January 2018, they reviewed electronic medical records, abstracted case mortality data, and coordinated the receipt of medical records from outpatient providers.

Charity's earlier experiences include working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Rollins School of Public Health at Emory University from July 2016 to December 2016, and as a Research Assistant at Emory University School of Medicine from January 2016 to December 2016.

Charity Dunn has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), which they obtained between 2011 and 2014. Charity furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Epidemiology at Emory University - Rollins School of Public Health from 2015 to 2017. In addition to their academic qualifications, Charity has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. These certifications include the Jira Fundamentals Badge from Atlassian, obtained in April 2023, and the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in March 2023. Prior to these, they acquired certifications such as Python Quick Start in November 2020 and R Statistics Essential Training in December 2018 from LinkedIn. Charity Dunn also completed the R Programming in Data Science: Setup and Start course in July 2018, also through LinkedIn.
