Phillip Durnford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Phillip started their career as a Guest Relations Specialist at The Statler Hotel in 2012. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing & Sales Intern at Cayuga Medical Center at Island Health & Fitness and simultaneously held roles as a Sales and Marketing Associate and Brand Ambassador at Red Jacket Orchards. In 2016, they joined Nielsen as a Client Solutions Associate and later transitioned into the role of New Business Development Associate. Since 2017, they have been working at Claritas, where they have held various positions including Manager of Business Development, Account Manager, and Director of Business Development. At Claritas, they have been responsible for helping clients understand their target audience, utilizing consumer research and market segmentation to optimize marketing campaigns and measure ROI.

Phillip Durnford began their education in 2010 at Monroe Community College, where they pursued an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with a focus on Liberal Studies. Phillip attended Monroe Community College from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, they furthered their education by simultaneously attending two institutions. Firstly, they attended Cornell University from 2012 to 2015, specializing in Military Science and Operational Studies. Secondly, they also attended Ithaca College during the same period, studying Management. Throughout these years, Phillip Durnford expanded their knowledge and expertise in various fields of study.
