Paul Rossetti has a wealth of experience in the sales and management field. Paul began their career at IBM in 1997, where they served as an Account Director for the SPSS Division. During their time there, they consistently exceeded sales targets and was recognized as a top performer, winning the President Club award from 1998 to 2001. Paul then joined Claritas in 2002 as an Account Director, where they continued to excel, consistently exceeding sales targets and earning the President Club award from 2002 to 2010. In 2010, Rossetti moved up within the company to become the Vice President of Sales for the Claritas Division. In this role, they managed a business with $32 million in annual revenue and led the team to rapid growth. Paul'ssuccess led him to be selected as one of 35 employees to participate in the Global Nielsen Leadership Program in 2012. Later that year, they were promoted to Chief Revenue Officer of the Claritas Division, where they turned around the business unit's revenue decline and increased growth by 10%. In 2014, they took on the role of Managing Director/President of the Claritas Division, overseeing a team of 250 employees and driving a 21% increase in top-line revenue. Finally, in 2017, Rossetti joined Claritas again, this time as the Executive Vice President of Sales. Paul played a lead role in the sale of the business from Nielsen to the Carlyle Group and relaunched the organization. Overall, Rossetti has a proven track record of success in sales and management, consistently exceeding targets and driving growth.
