Rakesh Ramasamy is a Senior Program Manager at Clarios with extensive experience in program management and quality assurance within the automotive industry. Since joining Clarios in May 2019, Rakesh has effectively led multiple program launches for AGM batteries, successfully resolving complex program issues while implementing advanced manufacturing technologies to improve product quality and efficiency. Prior roles include Program Manager and Customer Quality Lead at Johnson Controls, where Rakesh oversaw quality systems for notable automotive OEMs and managed change initiatives. Previous experience also encompasses leadership positions at Muir Omni Graphics and John Deere, along with academic involvement as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at Bradley University. Rakesh holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
