Prior to Clarios, Lisa worked at Johnson Controls in multiple capacities, including Business Transformation Manager, where contributions enhanced structural margins and supported enterprise objectives. Additional roles included Product Line Financial Analyst and Costing Analyst, which involved financial assessments and pricing strategies for new technologies. Lisa's engineering background includes experience as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer and Mechanical Engineering Intern, complemented by academic achievements, including an M.B.A. in Finance from Marquette University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
