Arnoldo Tejeda has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Executive Director AGM Operations at Clarios since May 2019, after holding positions as Director Of Operations and Plant Manager. Prior experience includes key roles at Johnson Controls from October 2007 to April 2019, where Arnoldo successfully achieved the implementation of the Johnson Controls Manufacturing Systems across 103 plants in North America, drove significant cost improvements, and oversaw the start-up of a greenfield plant in Turkey. Academic qualifications include a Master鈥檚 degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, and a Bachelor鈥檚 degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from Universidad Aut贸noma de Nuevo Le贸n.
