Kaleigh McArdle Mikkelsen is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various roles and organizations. Currently serving as Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Clarion Home Services Group since December 2022, Kaleigh previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at Valmont Industries, Inc., where responsibilities included collaborating with leadership on HR initiatives and supporting employee engagement programs. As Director of Human Resources at Epsen Hillmer Graphics Co., Kaleigh managed comprehensive HR operations while working closely with executive management to achieve HR goals. Before this, Kaleigh worked as a Human Resources Consultant, overseeing payroll and employee benefits administration, and spent over fifteen years in various legal support positions. Kaleigh holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from Bellevue University.
