Jarred Heuer serves as the Executive Director and previously held the title of Economic Development Specialist at Clarion County Economic Development Corporation since November 2019. Prior to this role, Jarred worked as the Sales and Procurement Manager at Clarion River Organics from April 2019 to November 2019 and as the Manager of Business Development and Business Development Specialist at Community Integrated Services between May 2015 and March 2019. Jarred also contributed to the community as the Community Development Coordinator at True Vine Church Community from January 2013 to December 2018, and managed operations at Chick-fil-A at Aramingo Ave from January 2013 to April 2015. Educationally, Jarred earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economic Development from Eastern University, where attendance spanned from 2008 to 2012, following graduation from Clarkstown Senior High School South in 2008.
