Thefania Lynardakis is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in audit management and process improvement across various companies in the pharmaceutical sector. At Clario, serving as a Quality Assurance Auditor II since August 2021, Thefania manages audits, reports on findings, and ensures compliance with standard operating procedures. Prior experience includes a role as QA Auditor III at PRA Health Sciences, where Thefania contributed to third-party quality management, eliminated paper forms, and supported supplier change notifications.
