Lorenzo Salzano is an experienced Lean Agile Practice Manager at Clario since June 2022, focusing on optimizing working methods and quality systems for agile delivery within R&D and Product organizations. As a Director and Founder of SAL CONSULTING LTD, Lorenzo provides interim support and coaching for corporate Lean Agile transformations. Previously, at Rolls-Royce from 2017 to 2023, Lorenzo led a SAFe Lean Agile transformation impacting the entire organization. Additional roles include Senior Agile Business Analyst for Nottinghamshire County Council and Agile Business Analyst at Nottingham Trent University. Lorenzo holds a Law degree from Lancaster University and an HNC in Information Technology from the University of De Montford.
