John McGrath has a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and administration. John began their career in 2004 as a Support Technician at DatCard Systems, providing remote technical support and nationwide installation and training for medical imaging solutions. From 2006 to 2007, they worked as an Owner/Operator at Techwrench.Net, offering support, installation, and training for DatCard Systems, as well as providing Value Added Reseller support to small businesses and consumers. John then rejoined DatCard Systems in 2007 as a Support Technician before moving on to Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2008, where they worked as a Support Analyst in IT Desktop Support until 2017. Currently, they are employed at Lannett Company since 2017, initially working as an IT Desktop Support Analyst and later transitioning to the role of System Administrator. In this position, they are responsible for maintaining, implementing, and diagnosing issues related to server and network infrastructure, as well as handling VM ware, Veeam, and Okta Integration.

John McGrath has a diverse education history. In 1996 to 1997, they earned a certificate in Automotive Technology from Riverside City College. In 1998, they obtained a certificate in Network Technology from the United Education Institute. Continuing their education, in 2000 they received a Certificate in A+ Certification.

In 2011 to 2020, John attended the University of Phoenix, where they pursued IT Administration and earned a degree in IT Management. This was followed by a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Information Systems from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they completed from 2014 to 2017.

To enhance their skills further, John completed the Cisco ICND1 and ICND2 Training program at New Horizons in 2013. John also took a certificate course in Administrating Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager 2012 at New Horizons Indianapolis, IN in 2017.
