Herve Blache has over 20 years of work experience in Information Technology. Herve is currently the VP of Information Technology (USA) at Clarins, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of IT Systems and Applications at Kenneth Cole Productions from November 2018 to March 2020. From June 2011 to November 2018, they were the Head of IT at Shoppers World. Herve has also worked as a Project Manager at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. in 2011, a BI Consultant at Accenture in 2010, and a Systems Manager/BI Manager at Golden Touch Imports from 2007 to 2009. Earlier in their career, they held positions as an IT Consultant at Hamleys of London from 2005 to 2006, a Project Manager at Brooks Brothers from 2000 to 2003, an IT Consultant at Liz Claiborne from 1999 to 2000, and an IT Consultant at Iceland Foods from 1997 to 1998.

Herve Blache attended Pierre and Marie Curie University from 1986 to 1988, where they studied Biochemistry. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Qlik Sense Essential Training" and "Transitioning from Data Warehousing to Big Data" from LinkedIn in 2019.
