Xin Zhang currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Corporate Development at ClariMed, Inc. since July 2023. Prior experience includes a Vice President role at Imperial Capital Limited from 2017 to July 2023, a board member at both Matrix Sciences and Infinity Laboratories from 2018 to 2023, and a board member at Hera Health from 2020 to 2022. Xin Zhang has also held positions in investment banking at Citi and as a Senior Associate at PwC, along with earlier experience as a Franchise Owner at College Pro. Academic credentials include degrees from the Schulich School of Business at York University and the University of Mannheim.
