Prior to this, Lorraine founded Amazing People Consulting, offering valuable services to organizations in hiring and developing exceptional individuals. In their earlier roles, Lorraine served as the Head of Amazing at The Chemistry Group and worked as a Consultant at Seal Recruitment Solutions. Lorraine also has experience in commercial operations and call center management from their time at Oracle Education.
