Amir Weitmann has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Amir currently serves as a Director on the Board of Directors for Lynxight, ITC - Intelligent Traffic Control, TankU, and Clarifruit, all starting in 2022. Prior to these positions, they were a Managing Partner at Champel Capital, starting in 2017. At Champel Capital, Amir focused on investing in companies led by visionary entrepreneurs. Amir also served as a Director on the Board of Directors for Ametrine Technologies from 2017 to 2019. Before entering the venture capital and investment field, Amir worked as a Senior Investment Adviser at Bank Hapoalim from 2010 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Research Analyst and Marketer at Champel Investment, conducting due diligence on hedge funds and marketing them to Israeli Institutional Investors. Prior to that, they served as a Portfolio Manager at Recanati-Inbar. Amir's work experience dates back to 2003, when they were a Manager at 50 Ahuz.
Amir Weitmann began their education in 1994, attending the University of Geneva for two years. During this time, they pursued studies in International Relations. Following this, they joined the Geneva Graduate Institute from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Master's degree in Relations et affaires internationales. Weitmann further expanded their education by enrolling at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1999 to 2002, earning another Master's degree in Relations et affaires internationales.
