Shawn Moye, MBA, is an experienced Operations Manager currently employed at Primex Plastics since May 2021 and at Clariant since April 2012. At Clariant, Shawn oversees production plants and a utilities and wastewater treatment facility in Mt. Holly, NC, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Previous roles at Clariant include Manager of Production, responsible for optimizing the utilization of resources for plastic colorant production, and Quality Manager, where safety and health inspections, audits, and security programs were led. Shawn also participated in the Idea Generator program at Bizdom U to develop a business concept. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master Project Management (MPM) from Keller Graduate School of Management.
